This is blatant anthropocentrism. There is no reason consciousness is special. Consciousness is just what happens when neurons congregate. It is just chemistry doing what chemistry does. You can argue theism is spritiually beneficial (which I would debate) β but that doesn't make it more true, or somehow make consciousness integral.

Surely, atheism is closest to the truth, but it is missing only one small thing.
