magic system based on the idea that Silver gives magical powers when consumed with certain rituals... I'll also add a few weird big birds, some sea worms and other weird animals and plants... And some gods so humans have something to worship.

Silver can give you temporary regeneration if consumed (along with strength, durability, climate perception, night vision and fire inmunity, for only 24 hours, then they are gone and you need to consume more to get them again)... The Purple Plague is not silver, its your body reacting bc it is oversaturated with pieces of silver inside its blood and other organs, this sickness is a mix between argyria and leprosy... so you will need regeneration to at least live some more years... it is builded around the idea of "magic has a cost" and that is your life... the Purple Plague also makes you steryle.
