I just checked out asciicity.live (awesome website/project btw, I suggest yall check it out, as well as the dev on YT), I noticed that there's chat now, the first messages I see:

I genuinely don't know if I want to join in since I lack basically all context and I don't want to break any immersion by joining in and going "yoo wassup what are you talkin about?" but I don't want to sound stupid by trying to join in just to get told that they're not roleplaying or anything and they're just having a deep talk
