Every night before I go to sleep I start questioning my beliefs about death and having a miniature crisis... I don't think there is anything after death at this point. I mean, I certainly hope there's something yk but I really don't think that there is

I imagined it similar to when you go under general anesthetic. It's just nothing, but it's hard to imagine if you haven't experienced it. In my case I was in the operating theatre and felt the IV anesthetic going up my veins, and then next thing I know I'm waking up in the recovery room.

something i find hard to believe is that any non physical world exists out there
a special spiritual dimension that were supposed to just magically enter when we stop living? made up fantasy
to me our being and soul is a physical thing,
and only contained in our brain and body
this is where our memories, our personalities, everything we ever was is stored
it can't just be packed up and shipped somewhere else
