currently rolling a joint. ate a little. rather forced myself. todays an eating disorder day. i dont actually know if this is an eating disorder, but it keeps me from eating normally so id say it is. basically i take a bite and then get the intense feeling that ill puke if i swallow. then i swallow and i dont puke but it continues feeling like that. this isnt a daily occurence, more like bi-weekly. weird shit, but literally nothing i can do about it, except not eat much that day.

Have you looked into ARFID? I know people who experience similar who have that. It is an eating disorder, just works a bit different ana/mia/BED

yeaaah i think thats exactly what i have. at some point in grade 6/7 i dont remember, i just started eating less for no reason. my appetite just went down and down. i was a little chubby back then, then over one summer break became quite skinny suddenly because of that, and have been since then. i dont have much appetite and have the as before described problem sometimes. thank you for probably diagnosing me lmao ive been wondering what this is.

if you worry about how much your not eating in those days, if you can stand liquids in those days I find stuff like protein milk or old people ensure to help alot in getting more nutrients in me then I normally would that day

no i dont have a problem with that. its a weird headspace. i wanna eat, so i grab a bite and with every bite it gets worse and worse until it plateaus at the near vomit feeling and stays like that for a day. when the feeling starts i feel like i hyperfixate on said feeling and thats why it gets worse but at the same time: i have absolutely no clue.

nah i dont take any prescribed meds and recreationally not enough to trigger that reaction. very rarely do i take them (anymore). never really saw a reason to tell my doc, since im pretty sure this is a mental thing, with which no one can probably help. ill still mention it next time i see him cause why not.
