how much more different is it sailing with a bigger crew? like will it be a whole world apart? or is it like just the scale's gone up but it won't take long to get used to it, if you've already sailed in smaller crews?

I wonder about crew dynamics on ships and how difficult those might be to manage. Including who does what. I wonder if crews do emergency/storm drills before they ever get caught up in a storm
