the online are logged in users, do not have to actually interact with anything. lurkers are not logged in. not 100% happy with the labeling...

it represent unique page request in the past 15 minutes that aren't logged in. people just checking out the site

it shouldn't count most bots or crawlers. if it's a bot using something like playwright or pretending to be a person it would probably get counted.
