thank you so much! personally, what i've been trying to do is "fixing instead of adding". so, not doing 103983 new routines and buying stuff to make me feel better or whatever, but tackling what i thought was substracting instead of adding to my life.

in my case, this has been: fixing my sleeping schedule (i used to sleep from 2am to 6.45am, now trying to do 11pm to 7am), reducing my coffee intake (i love coffee so this has been SO difficult, but it's working so), removing myself from places where people that will be triggering for me will be (this means taking some distance with certain friend groups which i very much loved, but were draining my energy or treating me badly), and reducing my phone usage as much as possible. i only allow myself to go into any social media app for like 20 minutes a day, and i only log onto accounts that have a specific algorithm/accounts i follow that are very calm and so on. nothing triggering. i don't have much space so let me continue
