CDP and then the Soundthread GUI to go with it. It’s an old program for sound design, and u basically just put in a sample and then it has a HUGE number of effects you can run it through. It usually runs from commandline but Soundthread is like a really good GUI this guy made for it the other year. Prolly the most powerful free sound design tool ever
