4) Putting all of these things together into one place for anyone who is struggling or simply wants to join can, making those recourses available, and staying productive to ensure everyone is getting what they need.

We already have the skills, we just need the group willing to put in the work to make it happen. And after a few months, more people will wish they had, so we might as well start now.
