Decentralized mutual aid structures are the obvious answer; though these have limitations. Largely, minimal government is practically needed, but its purpose should primarily be focused on large-scale fiscal issues and have limited involvement in a person's individual life.

Decentralization is optimal for personal freedom, but it is wildly inefficient. Should every single person be running a sewage purification system in their own home? Should every appartment have 20 different water lines for different sources? The obvious answer is no, which means that some things simply cannot be decentralized, nor can everyone make a different, personal choice.

Does minimizing government influence over individual lives include abolition of industry health standards and security standards? (Sorry for all the rhetoric questions lol) I think it shouldn't, because a lack of standards will obviously mean many products will declined in quality. People can "just choose" not to consumer those products, of course, but it's always more complicated than that. It creates an environment where a consumer is required to personally verify that a product is up to their standards.
