May I propose a meditation?

Grab the questions of love (see link after message) and imagine sitting with a person you find hard to love. A person you dont really like.

Go trough (some of) the questions with this person, and try your best to imagine what this person would answer. Dont exaggerate the things you dont like about this person, but try to really imagine this person answering with intent. (You're not gonna fall in love, but it may help you hold a base position of love towards this person, even if its not a good person per se)

So people sometimes ask me: Should we also love bad people, like Hitler, or Kirk or some more leftist bad guy (sorry to my right winged peeps, couldn't think of one this quick).

Id say Yes, but, that doesnt mean being okay with what bad people do, or letting them get away with things.

Real love realises that we need to protect each other. So our justice systems need te be orginized to make our countries more just. By locking up the people who cant change, and helping those who can.

And then for the last pillar:
The spiral.
This is faith in the small action.
Everything can spiral. Your smallest actions can ripple trough time like a small stone can disturb the surface of a whole pond.

Little things like a kind smile to your cashier. A friendly hello to someone you pass on the road. Little compliments to the people you see in everyday situations. Small conversation with honest and true intent to understand and learn about someone. Donating stuff or money. Helping someone with car troubles. There is an infinite amount of possiblity to show love in tiny little things.

We can spread love not because of a few big extraordinary things. But because of mundane love towards fellow men, with normal life lived from a mindset of love, we can spread love to great effect.

I hope you too see, that the only way forward is the way of love. I hope you are inspired, and expect you to raise me whatever questions or disagreements you have.

The third Pillar is balance.
Because, even though sacrifice is the natural result of love, one needs balance too. Simply because if you go too far, you sacrifice all. And a dead man cannot love anymore. At least, not reliable noticable to people still alive.

It must be noticed though, that the best balance probably lies further into sacrifice then we want to believe.
Definitely with minimalism having proven its great benefits.
A person does not need much to lead a happy life, so I say, sacrifice more, but watch yourself, because a unhealthy, unhappy, or dead, person, cannot love as well as a healthy happy person. Take care of yourself, but sacrifice the rest to share in the ecstasy of pure love.

I hope you can see, that the only way forward is the way of love. I hope you are inspired, and expect you to raise me whatever questions or disagreements you have.

So I'm thinking in four pillars in my creation of The Religion.

Ofcourse, these are simply ideas. Dont take them as fact. Hard dogma is something I dont think is helpfull. Doubt is important/holy.

First Pillar, Love
What is love? It is not a feeling. It is an attitude. Love is realising that we arent perfect, yet looking for what is beautiful. Love is having honest attention, not moving against your fellow humans, but trying to understand and help. Understanding why people are the way they are will always stop hatred.

The second pillar is sacrifice.
Ofcourse Love is about sacrifice, giving yourself. Real sacrifice, in honest love, will not only make the world better. Sacrificing your egoism will open up your mind to a higher enjoyment of life, beyong anything possible when following your ego. I believe sacrificing your egoism for love is the most exhilarating thing one can do.

Two more pillars will be talked about in a future message.
