hey all, i've added a feature that i think a lot of you will like. you can now go to any user's profile and press the "report" button, which will permanently ban them if it gets pressed by 5 different people.

hopefully, this will reduce trolls on the site and make everyone's experience a bit better.

please let me know if you find any bugs or strange behaviors, and make sure to put your email in your description so i can contact you just in case you get falsely banned.
